The Accountability Zone

Step 1 Accountability

We all need somone in our corner. No matter how much we want to be soloist even the sailboat needed wind to move. The car needs gas to move and sometimes for us to get off the couch and to start moving we need a little voice in our head to say " Let's Move", I want to be that voice.

Step 2 Consistency

There is power in the form of Repetition  or what I like to call a Flow State. Putting one foot in front of the other is called walking. Putting one achievement  in front of the other is called winning. Together we will get daily small wins that will turn into big results later.

Step 3 Teamwork

During any time of change in your life it is imperative that you surround yourself around like minded people. Studies show we are all in the same circumference as the five close friends we surround ourselves with. I am not saying cut off your friends but what I am saying is build some new ones with the same hunger for the mission of health. Now all new friends do not have to be in the form of a individual you know personally. You can draw inspiration from authors, podcasters and influential motivational speakers and pastors.
